Mr. Quirke is a founder of Noble Environmental Power and is a member of the Management Committee. Mr. Quirke’s experience includes power project operations, engineering, project development, and finance. Career highlights include managing a power project development joint venture with United Technologies Corporation, and leading the equity finance team for large power projects in Pakistan and West Africa. Mr. Quirke worked for both GE Power Systems and GE Capital. He was also in the international operations group for the Electrical Supply Board of Ireland. Mr. Quirke earned his degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Ireland, and his post graduate degree in Operations Research from Trinity College, Dublin. |
