Co-heading the Bridge team providing financial advisory services to the Unsecured Creditors’ Committee for Marcal Paper Mills, Inc. (Marcal).
Heads the Bridge team representing a national distressed lender in monitoring and evaluating its borrower’s performance in connection with major importer and distributor of home furnishing products.
Member of the Bridge Accelerated Strategic Assessment Team which prepared a business plan feasibility report for UAL Corporation (United Airlines) and its labor leadership.
Member of the Bridge Accelerated Strategic Assessment Team which evaluated the operational performance and financial controls for a Midwestern real estate development company, with $60 million in annual revenues, which operates 20 large apartment complexes and five full-service long-term care facilities.
Managed the Bridge Wind Down team at Polaroid Corporation, originator and formerly the world's largest producer of instant photo films and cameras, with annual pre-petition revenue of approximately $1 billion.
Assisted in providing Bankruptcy Advisory Services to Unsecured Creditor Committees, including Level Propane Inc. and Spinnaker Inc. Mr. Pidcock has advised these committees in various business and litigation matters in connection with Chapter 11 proceedings.
Assisted the Bridge Wind Down Teams with claims reconciliation and analysis of potential preference actions for the Amcast Industrial Liquidating Trust, Huffy Corporation Liquidating Trusts, Horizon Natural Resources, InaCom Corporation and Conseco Finance Corporation cases.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Bridge, Mr. Pidcock was a manager in the Reorganization Services Group of Deloitte Consulting, where he was involved in numerous engagements and turnaround projects in the retail, manufacturing, healthcare and telecom industries.
Mr. Pidcock previously served in various roles for a start-up health care company, where he was charged with achieving beneficial resolutions for more than 40 troubled clients, including hospitals, nursing homes and psychiatric facilities.
Professional & Civic Activities
Mr. Pidcock is active in the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Seminar (MRBS). He has been a guest lecturer on supply chain management and troubled company consulting at Miami University and Indiana University.
