Chief Financial Officer, has 20 years of financial and accounting management experience, with 12 years as a top-level executive. Prior to joining Kreido, Mr. Philpott was a partner at Aegis Advisors LLC, a business consulting company. For more than 10 years before that, he held the position of CFO, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary with Miravant Medical Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded pharmaceutical company engaged in drug and therapeutic laser research and development. He was also a Senior Manager in Auditing for Bio-tech, High-tech and Entertainment Groups at Ernst and Young. Mr. Philpott has a B.S. in Accounting and Management Information Systems from California State University, Northridge and is currently completing his MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA. |
