John Parsons oversees the Company's finance and administration. Parsons' 25-plus-year career includes financial and operations leadership spanning both NYSE and NASDAQ listed public as well as privately held high-tech companies, including RSA Security, Agilent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, and Scientific Audio Electronics. He is a seasoned business partner with experience leading through rapid organic and acquisition-related growth, IPO, M&A from deal making to integration, tuning business models, managing cash burn and liquidity, raising both debt and equity capital. He is an actively licensed CPA with Big 4 experience with Deloitte. Mr. Parsons is a partner with Tatum LLC. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University Northridge. |
