John O’Rourke is a Managing Director of DTZ Rockwood and a member of DTZ Rockwood’s Management Committee. Mr. O’Rourke has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment banking, structured finance and strategic advisory/consulting. As head of DTZ Rockwood’s Financial Services Group, Mr. O’Rourke assists institutional, corporate and public/private-sector clients seeking to optimize liquidity, cash flow and value and/or to mitigate financial liabilities. Prior experience includes serving with Goldman, Sachs & Co. and UBS Securities where he managed client relationships and originated, structured and executed commercial real estate and CMBS transactions for financial institutions, corporations and developers as well as the firm’s own account. Mr. O’Rourke has completed commercial real estate sales, financing and advisory transactions in excess of $10.0 billion. Prior to his Wall Street career, Mr. O’Rourke worked at Strategic Planning Associates (now Mercer Management Consulting, a division of MMC), a management consulting firm serving Fortune 500 clients. Mr. O’Rourke holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Princeton University. |
