John Neis joined American Capital in January 2006 as a Vice President in the Chicago office and was promoted to Principal in 2007. He is responsible for evaluating and executing mezzanine investments and buyouts and monitoring certain portfolio companies.
Prior to American Capital, Mr. Neis was a Principal with Baird Capital Partners where he executed middle market buyout transactions. Before joining BCP, he was an Associate within the investment banking group of Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc. where he participated in numerous equity financing and merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Neis began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP. |
