John Neal joined eStudySite as COO and CFO in 2005. Mr. Neal was formerly Managing Principal of Paulin Neal Associates, a company that provided executive management and operational services, and assisted companies with raising capital and developing new markets. Prior to that, Mr. Neal was President and COO of Pointivity, Inc., an information technology and application service provider. Mr. Neal merged ACE Group, Inc., a company he founded and headed as CEO for five years, with Pointivity in 2000. For nearly 15 years, Mr. Neal was founder and CEO of RCG Management, widely acclaimed in San Diego as the "go to" firm for providing interim middle management services to emerging companies as well as for strategic planning and managing turnarounds. While at RCG, Mr. Neal was an original co-founder of the San Diego Software Industry Council and was invited to join the Board of Directors of the California Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Council of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He was also appointed Chairman of the Small Business Committee of the California Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Neal holds a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from San Diego State University. |
