John McKay joined CulinArt with the merger of P&A FoodSystems in 2000, and now serves as director of human resources for CulinArt’s West Coast duvision. McKay brings a balance of food service and Human Resources experience to his position, which began with P&A in 1998. A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Industrial Psychology and Business Administration, McKay’s post-graduate work includes courses in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development at UCLA. His background includes eight years with the Walt Disney Company as a manager in their food service division and a recruiter and trainer in their human resource division. McKay was a group vice president of human resources for Holiday Inn’s Restaurant Division for five years and director of corporate development for Harrah’s Hotels and Casinos for three years. |
