Dr. McHardy is a senior scientist in Electrochemistry, lecturer, and consultant. Top R&D firms have called upon his expertise and he has supervised teams in a number of very successful, R&D/Commercialization projects. He has worked with companies such as Hughes, Boeing, Raytheon, Kodak, United Technologies and ALCOA Laboratories, among others. He has led research and development programs on fuel cells, batteries, supercapacitors, catalysts, sensors and supercritical fluids. Dr. McHardy's work has led to 9 patents, several awards, 2 books, including "Electrochemistry of Semiconductors and Electronics" (1992), and numerous publications. Dr. McHardy received his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. from the University of Cambridge, England. |
