Mr Lee founded Stockholder Relations an Australian-based management consultancy specializing in corporate advisory investor relations and corporate governance in 1987. Currently Mr. Lee is non-executive chairman of Portland Orthopedics Limited (ASX:PLD) non-executive chairman of Milvella Limited and a non-executive director of TMG International Pty Ltd. Prior to founding Stockholder Relations Mr. Lee served Woolworths Limited (ASX:WOW) as Chief General Manager Corporate Services and was a member of Woolworth's Executive Committee. Mr Lee received his MBA from the University of Melbourne in addition to a B Comm. and post-graduate degree in Education. He is a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA) and a Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
