John Kraynick is Executive Vice President of TOUSA Homes Florida Region. Mr. Kraynick has more than 25 years of experience in the homebuilding and real estate industry.
Prior to his role as Executive Vice President, Mr. Kraynick was the Senior Vice President for Land for TOUSA Homes, Inc., where he was responsible for the management of the company's national land pipeline, as well as the principal underwriter of all land acquisitions. He also managed the company's structured financing programs including: land banking, joint ventures and model sale leaseback programs.
Prior to holding this position, Mr. Kraynick was Executive Vice President of Engle Homes until its merger into TOUSA Homes in June, 2002. While in that position he was responsible for managing the operations of the company's seven divisions. Mr. Kraynick joined Engle Homes in March 1986 as a Vice President. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in July 1991. He played a major role in the company's initial public offering in January 1992 and subsequent public financings in 1994 and 1997. He was named Executive Vice President of Engle Homes in December 1998. From 1983 to 1986, Mr. Kraynick was the President of homebuilding division for the Satter Companies, a South Florida real estate developer. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Area Manager of Wolff Economic Research, a real estate consulting firm and was an urban planner for the government of Palm Beach County, Florida. He has a bachelor and masters degree from Florida Atlantic University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and holds both a Florida real estate and mortgage broker license |
