John Kostuik, M. D., serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Kostuik previously was the Chief of Spine Surgery at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He also heads the Company's Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Kostuik is recognized as one of the world's leading teachers and authorities on spine surgery. Dr. Kostuik was an original member/organizer of the North American Spine Society, has authored numerous papers ranging from the basic sciences of spinal pathologies to analysis and comparisons of advanced spinal technologies and patient treatments. He has been the key note speaker at almost every major spine society in the world and has trained over 150 international spine fellows of which an estimated 145 are in active practice. |
