John Klemish and his consulting group, Klemish Consulting, Incorporated, are responsible for the sales and marketing of Gencom's developments in the Caribbean. Currently Mr. Klemish is working on Cap Juluca, Anguilla, Rose Island, Bahamas, and Molasses Reef, Turks and Caicos. Mr. Klemish graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a major in Travel and Leisure and a minor in Tourism. He has been involved in the development of second home communities over the past 24 years on Useppa Island, Florida, Boca Grande, Florida, Orchid Island, Florida, The Greenbrier Sporting Club, West Virginia, and Temenos, Anguilla. He currently resides in Orlando, Florida and is married to wife Laurie. Together they have two boys; Andrew and Derek. |
