John joined the firm in 1998 and has since been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate finance. John began his career as an Investment Analyst working with all major income-producing property types. His experience has provided him the skills necessary to structure complex and creative capital arrangements. Product type experience includes office, industrial, multifamily, retail, hospitality and senior housing. Loan type experience includes permanent, construction and bridge loan financing, in addition to mezzanine debt and equity placement.
John holds a BS in Finance and an MBA from Arizona State University. |
