Mr. Kincade has 20 years of experience in the design and manufacture of high precision optical components and systems and is currently SSG/Tinsley's Vice President. Mr. Kincade joined Tinsley Laboratories in 1989 and has served in a number of capacities, including General Manager, Program Manager, R&D, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Test Engineer on numerous projects related to advanced aspheric and lithographic component manufacturing. Prior to joining Tinsley, Mr. Kincade worked in the field of opto-mechanical engineering for several optics-related companies. Mr. Kincade earned his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Davis and his MBA from Golden Gate University. He has co-authored several papers in the field of metal mirror fabrication technology. |
