In 1987, Kendall co-founded Traveler's Medical and Vaccination Center, Australia's first national chain of walk-in medical centers which is still in successful operation today. He moved on to establish Access 24 - a call center outsourcing company specializing in value-added service delivery on behalf of major financial institutions. As founder and CEO, Kendall grew this business in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Canada. Over time, Kendall became an authority on service delivery within the insurance, banking and telecommunications industries. In 1996, Access 24 was sold to TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TTEC) headquartered in Denver, Colorado, and became the foundation for TeleTech's very successful international division. As part of the transaction, Kendall moved to the United States and served as executive vice president of strategic sales and Marketing for TeleTech. In 1998, he left TeleTech to found Clear Technology. Kendall graduated from the University of Sydney, Faculty of Medicine, with a bachelor of medicine with honors in 1983. In 1987, he completed a master's degree course in public health. |
