Mr. Johnsen serves as Chief Financial Officer for CorePharma LLC. He has more than 32 years of experience across manufacturing, distribution, domestic and international business finance. Mr. Johnsen was previously Vice President, Finance for the Transfusion Therapies $550 million global business of Baxter Healthcare Corporation. Mr. Johnsen joined American Hospital Supply Corporation in 1973 as an analyst with the Scientific Products division. During the next nine years, he held many accounting and finance positions leading up to the Manager of Inventory, Capital and Marketing Information. He was promoted to Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the Dade division, a diagnostics manufacturing business located in Florida. While at Dade, he also held the position of Director Financial Reporting and Control. In 1997, Mr. Johnsen was promoted to Assistant Controller, Diagnostics Group in Deerfield, Illinois, followed by the promotion to Controller of Operations and Services. In 1992, Mr. Johnsen joined the IV Systems division as Director, Finance Drug Administration, and in 1994 was promoted to Vice President, Finance for the $1.2 billion. IV Systems, U.S. business. In 1999, he joined the Anesthesia and Critical Care global business as Vice President, Finance. Mr. Johnsen holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University and a Masters in Management from Lake Forest School of Management. |
