John serves in two major roles for Beecher Carlson: Construction Practice Leader and National Sales Leader. His background spans 17 years of commercial experience working in sales, sales leadership and operations including 14 years for Acordia, Inc. in their Tampa-Bay operation. He began his career as a Casualty Underwriter for Aetna Casualty & Surety specializing in workers’ compensation, general liability, excess liability, and commercial fleet underwriting with a focus on General Contractors, Developers and various Trade Contractors. As National Sales Leader, John partners with the various leaders within Beecher Carlson to make certain the professional sales force has unhindered access to all resources throughout the company. Additionally, he is involved in coaching and strategic planning for the firm's production team. In his position, John also participates in the business development integration of newly merged and acquired firms that have chosen to join Beecher Carlson. A graduate of the University of South Florida, John holds a BA in Social Sciences and earned his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation in 1997. |
