As Vice President of Network Operations, John is responsible for managing BeVocal’s Voice Hosting Network. John manages a team of System Administrators, Network Engineers and Operations staff members who take day-to-day responsibility for networking, telephony, database administration, systems administration, network monitoring and network capacity expansions. With 20 years of IT experience, John has the focus and discipline to properly manage changes to the network thereby ensuring high availability. Prior to joining BeVocal, John managed Novell Networks’ global network infrastructure. He headed a worldwide team charged with providing network connectivity to all Novell offices and business partners. John also has extensive experience working in IT in the Asia pacific region. |
