John Hinshaw is vice president - chief information officer for Verizon Wireless, responsible for the company's Information Technology strategy, systems portfolio development and operation of its data centers and communications facilities.
Hinshaw has extensive experience leading technical organizations to enable business growth, reduce costs, and drive efficiencies. Hinshaw has been a member of the Verizon Wireless Information Technology organization since the company's launch in 2000. Most recently, he served as Vice President Information Technology for Verizon Wireless - South. Prior to Verizon Wireless, he held several management positions within Bell Atlantic, including Director Information Systems for Bell Atlantic Mobile
