As Chief Financial Officer, John will provide direction for the company’s strategic planning, finance, human resources and information systems. He joins LeftHand Networks with over 25 years as a senior technology finance and operations executive, bringing significant domestic and international experience at both public and private companies. Prior to joining LeftHand Networks, John was EVP, Finance and Operations and Chief Financial Officer for FrontRange Solutions; Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer for daly.commerce, Inc.; Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for InteliData Technologies Corp.; and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for eFunds Corporation. John has led a company to an IPO; been a CFO for three separate public companies, one which was public on an international market; and has taken a company private. He has successfully negotiated and integrated several acquisitions and partnering agreements, and implemented policies and practices which helped companies achieve positive cash flow and profitability. John studied Business Economics at the University of California in Santa Barbara and earned his CPA while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers. |
