John is responsible for providing leadership and technical scientific support to all projects and consulting efforts. He has over 11 years of experience delivering and implementing solutions within the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. The primary focus of John’s work has involved job, task, and occupational analysis and evaluation, design and application of employee selection programs (including the generation of testing devices, the development and administration of assessment centers, and individual assessment), and project coordination and management. He has also developed and conducted numerous workshops and training programs on topics such as job analysis, administering, using and interpreting assessment tools (e.g., skill/ability surveys, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the California Psychological Inventory, the Strong Interest Inventory, etc...), conflict management, giving and receiving feedback, and sexual harassment. Moreover, John has an extensive background in managerial and executive development having analyzed, developed and coached Vice-Presidents, Chief Executives, Physicians, all layers of management, and military personnel. His education combines graduate coursework in Psychology along with Business and Law. John holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee. |
