John Haydock, SVP Marketing and Creative, joined the Crutchfield executive team in March 2005. John is responsible for setting our overall Marketing Strategy as well as communicating the essence of the Crutchfield Brand. While many consumers understand Crutchfield’s passion for customer service, John’s role is to introduce our capabilities to new customers. In addition to growing awareness of Crutchfield, John and his team lead content development, design and implementation of the highly regarded Crutchfield Catalog and Web Site.
Prior to joining Crutchfield, John spent 12 years in Consumer Packaged Goods working for Unilever Home/Personal Care and Cadbury Schweppes. During his time at Unilever, John worked on a range of brands including Lever 2000, Sunlight, and Snuggle. During his time at Cadbury, John led a successful turnaround of the Clamato Brand where he repositioned the business to focus on Mexican Hispanic consumers. Most recently, John was VP Marketing for the Juice and Drinks team which included brands like Hawaiian Punch, Motts, Country Time, Mistic, Yoo-hoo and Nantucket Nectars.
John received his BA (Psychology) and MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He and his wife have two adventurous young boys and reside in the rolling hills of Earlysville Virginia. |
