Mr. Hansen has served as the chairman of our board of directors since November 2003 and as a member of our board of directors since November 1998. Since March 1998, Mr. Hansen has served as president of JH Partners, LLC, a private equity firm formerly known as Jesse.Hansen & Co. Mr. Hansen is currently a member of the boards of directors of Sagus International, Inc., a manufacturer and supplier of educational furnishings; NapaStyle, Inc., a multi-channel retailer of food and lifestyle products; MD Beauty, Inc., a retailer of cosmetic and skin care products; and Six Degrees Records, Ltd., an independent music label, each of which is privately held. Mr. Hansen holds an A.B. from Harvard College, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a J.D. from University of California, Berkeley. |
