John Hanna currently is the CEO and co-founder of Equitas Capital, a leading provider of mortgage solutions in the commercial and residential space. As CEO John has many functions, but his primary role is to grow sales and revenue. This is being done by developing a solid business strategy and executing to plan. Equitas Capital currently is one of the top mortgage companies in Northern California, and funds well over one billion dollars annually. Equitas Capital currently employs over 150 people and has multiple locations throughout California.
John was able to do this through sound sales methodologies and strategies he learned through his roles as Vice President of Sales at OPI software, a leading provider of B2B enterprise applications. At OPI software, John’s primary role was to drive revenue and penetrate emerging and mid-market arena. John was able to build a dynamic sales team consisting 12 direct reports and 50 plus sales team. After leaving OPI software John took over as Senior VP of Sales for E4enet, a leading provider of enterprise collaboration software. John’s primary role was to develop a strong sales methodology and build out the West Coast sales team. Prior to leaving, John was able to grow sales by 300% by building a successful sales organization. |
