John oversees all product management initiatives for Liquidnet, including new product feature definition and development, validation and technical functionality. Previously, John served as the company's Vice President of Product Initiatives and - as one of the first employees with the company - built and managed Liquidnet's implementation group, which is responsible for installing and maintaining the Liquidnet system at Member sites. Prior to joining Liquidnet, John spent five years with Merrin Financial/ADP and the Macgregor Group, serving as a Business Analyst and Product Manager working on the MFTP Order Management System. While working with Merrin and Macgregor, John implemented many of the first Windows-based implementations of MFTP. Before leaving Macgregor, he was instrumental in releasing the first RDBMS-based version of MFTP. John holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Occidental College, and is a graduate of Columbia University's Computer Technology and Applications program. |
