John was a Senior Manager at BEA Systems in the Worldwide Support Organization, responsible for 24x7 Enterprise Tier 3 Support for seven BEA products. Prior to BEA, John was web programmer and SysAdmin by day and professional musician by night. John's original rock band, yeP!, played over 350 shows in 20 states and released two albums. John also wrote a suite of custom software for the rock band Phish and was instrumental in creating the online Phish network. John has a BS in Computer Science with a concentration in Computer Graphics from University of Massachusetts Amherst. |
