John Graham is executive vice president, Global Sales and Services for UGS PLM Software (UGS), a division of Siemens Automation and Drives (A& D). UGS is a leading global provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services with 4.4 million licensed seats and 47,000 customers worldwide. Headquartered in Plano, Texas, UGS' vision is to enable a world where organizations and their partners collaborate through global innovation networks to deliver world-class products and services while leveraging open enterprise solutions, fulfilling the mission of enabling them to transform their process of innovation.
Graham is responsible for the company's sales and service delivery on a global basis. He works in partnership with UGS' zone and automotive sales leaders to aggressively target geographic, industry and strategic corporate opportunities.
Graham joined UGS from Capgemini, Inc., where, as vice president, Americas Sales, he led sales and sales operations in the Americas with additional responsibilities for platform alliances and Capgemini reseller operations. While at Capgemini, he also held the position of vice president, Global Sales Operations, building a team that delivered record corporate results.
Prior to joining Capgemini, Graham served as one of five global division vice presidents for Siebel Systems. He was responsible for leading a newly created division and for driving revenue operations in the central U.S. and Latin America, as well as in the telecommunications, media, energy and public sector vertical sectors covering all of North America.
Graham moved to Siebel Systems from EDS, where he held executive-level sales positions in the company’s government, commercial insurance and E.Solutions business units. He most recently held the position of corporate chief sales officer, leading his team to record performance and exceeding both corporate targets and market expectations.
Graham received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Business Administration degree from George Mason University. He served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for nine years.
