John Franklin is the executive vice president and chief operating officer for the Credit Union National Association’s Madison, Wis., location. Mr. Franklin manages overall strategic, tactical, and administrative operations. Included in these operations are education and training, publications and Internet-related services, research, new product development, and other services for state leagues and affiliated credit unions. Previously, Mr. Franklin served for eight years as the president and CEO of the South Carolina Credit Union League, but his experience with the league goes far beyond that. Cumulatively, Mr. Franklin served more than 30 years with the South Carolina League, in various capacities as chief operating officer, and manager of the league service corporation’s audit services department. |
