John directs the activities of the financial and accounting departments for all divisions and oversees corporate financing. During his tenure with Shan he has streamlined financial and accounting procedures, improved efficiencies and reporting accuracy and spearheaded the implementation of the MRP/ERP system. John brought a wealth of experience to Shan Industries having worked for several middle market manufacturing companies. During his 20 year career, aside from holding various finance positions, he has also managed operations. In those positions aside from the normal finance functions he has helped develop and implement order entry systems, scheduling programs, JIT inventory systems and shipping systems. John is a CPA and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants. |
