John Dwyer is responsible for overall supervision and property management department, strategic property planning and implementation, supervision and training of property management staff, overseeing of KDC's property management company's fiscal/day to day operations, preparation, review and implementation of property budgets, and preparation of property financial reports. John also performs asset management responsibilities for various KDC assets including KDC's Intellicenter office portfolio. John is a DePaul University graduate and has received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has managed over 10 million square feet office and industrial assets during his 23 year career in the commercial real estate industry.
