Mr Donovan was appointed Vice President Finance and Administration May 15th 2007. He brings over 16 years of financial management experience to EMRISE, including experience with domestic and international manufacturers of aerospace and defense equipment. His background includes experience with SEC reporting and public offerings as well as Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance. As an employee of DLC, Inc. a large financial consulting firm headquartered in Southern California, he most recently acted as senior consultant to the Chief Financial Officer at AeroVironment, Inc. (AVAV), $150 million revenue aerospace and defense manufacturer that completed an IPO in January 2007. Prior to that Mr. Donovan was President and Chief Financial Officer of Chem Lab Products, Inc., a private manufacturer of chemicals. He has worked in various management level positions at public and private companies and as a CPA at Price Waterhouse (now PWC) and Ernst & Young. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, where he received his BS degree in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting degree in Information Systems. |
