John Dobrowolski is the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all of ReCellular’s worldwide financial and information technology functions. He also leads ReCellular strategic and business planning and process improvement efforts. Mr. Dobrowolski was the previous CFO at Demmer Corporation, a supplier of machine and stamped metal parts for the automotive, defense, aerospace, and commercial industries, based in Lansing, Michigan. At Demmer, Mr. Dobrowolski significantly improved the firm’s financial footing and implemented a companywide IT expansion program. He also launched, financed and operated the firm’s real estate development company, Demmer Properties. Prior to his time at Demmer, Mr. Dobrowolski also served as CFO and VP/Finance at Kalamazoo-based Fabri-Kal Corporation, one of America’s largest manufacturers of disposable plastic food packaging. He was a key member of the team that brought financial stability and long-term profitability to Fabri-Kal’s operations. In his role as CFO, he was responsible for finance, accounting, treasury, IT human resources, credit management, risk management, and corporate planning.
Mr. Dobrowolski holds a Bachelor in Accounting from Michigan State University and is a certified public accountant. He served as volunteer chairperson of the Three Rivers Area Hospital Authority, a community-owned, non-profit regional medical center and health care organization located in Three Rivers, Michigan. |
