Mr. Dimling has served as a member of the Board of Directors since December, 1999 and as Chairman of the Board since April 2002. Mr. Dimling currently serves as the Chairman of Nielsen Media Research. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Nielsen Media Research, Inc. from July 1998 through 2000. He was previously President and Chief Operating Officer from July 1993 to June 1998. Mr. Dimling holds an A.B. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College, an M.S. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a J.D from George Washington University. |
