John Di Gioia is president of Datron Advanced Technologies, which was acquired by L-3 in July, 2005. Mr. Di Gioia began his career with Datron as a mechanical design engineer in 1972. Over the following 30+ years, he advanced his position within the company, holding numerous responsibilities and titles, including: manager of mechanical engineering, director of manufacturing, program director, vice president of engineering and vice president of programs. In 1998, Mr. Di Gioia was named president of Datron Advanced Technologies, providing effective leadership as the company expanded its presence in consumer and commercial markets. Mr. Di Gioia holds an undergraduate degree from Pierce College in Los Angeles. |
