A highly regarded mergers and acquisitions veteran as well as successful serial entrepreneur John Dennis leads Innuity’s mergers and acquisitions corporate development and strategic sales efforts.
John previously founded and served as chairman and CEO of the predecessor Innuity company (some assets sold to Vista.com). He grew the original Innuity entity to over $40M in annual sales with over 700 employees. Earlier John was president of Destiny Ventures Inc. a private venture capital firm he founded in the early 90’s.
John was also president and founder of Dial-Net Inc. a long distance telecommunications reseller with approximately $100 million in annual revenue at the time of its 1993 acquisition by WorldCom Inc.
John is the co-founder of The Whole Learning School a school for kids with disabilities and is president of The Dennis Foundation an organization that supports women’s and children’s causes. John attended San Jose State University. |
