John started his career as a software engineer at AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he spent 9 years developing telecommunications and graphics software applications. As one of the three founding partners of WDD, John has learned to leverage those years of R&D experience, as well as his engineering and computer science education, into quality solutions for WDD’s clients. John has an uncanny knack for spotting the tiniest of details that cause programming problems, and he has a mission in life to create software solutions for clients that will meet both their current and future needs. But John isn't all work and no play. Outside of work, he is a dedicated husband, father and Christian. John and his wife spend a great deal of time with their children, and take active roles in supporting their children's busy lives. Through it all, John has still found time to serve as an active leader within his church for the past 14 years. "I tend to go the extra mile and will do what it takes to fulfill a commitment. At work, this may mean working extra hours in order to guarantee the software meets or exceeds the standards the customer expects. Outside of work, it means spending time with my family, supporting them in their pursuits, helping them to fulfill their hopes and dreams. My Christian faith is very important to me and that faith also reflects on my work ethic and strengthens my desire to serve our customers and treat them fairly." Education: Received B.S. Degree in Systems Engineering from University of Florida in 1981 and a M.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University in 1983. |
