Mr. Davis has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Company since June 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Davis was engaged in private legal practice. He previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Dave & Buster’s, Inc.(NYSE:DAB), an international restaurant and entertainment chain, from 2001 to 2004 and as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Cameron Ashley Building Products, Inc. (NYSE:CAB), a building products distributor, from 1994 to 2001. Prior to 1994, Mr. Davis was a member of the legal department at Electronic Date Systems Corporation (NYSE:EDS), a global computer services firm, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, finance and international transactions. |
