Prior to his current appointment heading up acquisitions at Breslin, Mr. Culmone was director of its retail brokerage division. He came to the company with a wide breadth of experience after extensive administrative background with Sears, Roebuck & Co. In addition, he served as a Vice President in the retail brokerage division with Grubb & Ellis Company, in Boston, Mass., and an Assistant Vice President at CB Commercial Realty Group in New York. |
