Mr. Cotumaccio is the President and General Manager of L-3 Klein Associates, Inc., a leading supplier of side scan sonar, navigation and HarborGuard® waterside security and surveillance products. Mr. Cotumaccio possesses over 35 years of manufacturing and management experience in defense electronics, sophisticated space and commercial products. Mr. Cotumaccio began his career in 1979 at Loral Electronic Systems, where he held various operations management positions leading to Director of Manufacturing Operations. During his tenure, he was responsible for opening manufacturing factories in Ankara, Turkey, as well as satellite manufacturing at a number of other Loral divisions. When L-3 was formed in 1997, he accepted the promotional opportunity to become Vice President of Operations at L-3 Display Systems in Atlanta. Mr. Cotumaccio recently served as Vice President of Operations for L-3 Ocean Systems in Sylmar, California, where he led operational improvements related to highly sophisticated sonar products. Prior to that, Mr. Cotumaccio served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Signal Technology Corporation. Mr. Cotumaccio was also the President of Signal Technology’s Keltec Division, which produced high-voltage power supplies and TWT amplifiers for satellite communication. |
