Dr. John Climax, one of ICON`s co-founders, has served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of ICON and its subsidiaries since June 1990. In November 2002, he was appointed Executive Chairman. He has over 25 years of experience in the contract research industry globally.
John received his primary degree in pharmacy in 1977 from the University of Singapore, his masters in applied pharmacology in 1979 from the University of Wales and his PhD in clinical pharmacology from the National University of Ireland in 1982. He has authored a significant number of papers and presentations.
