Mr. Clark is a Divisional Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sunesys. He joined the company in January 2001. Mr. Clark was formerly Chief Operating and Information Officer (Assistant Superintendent for Business and Technology) of Quakertown Community School District, Pennsylvania.
