As chief financial officer John A. Chi oversees all corporate accounting and financial management functions of Pacer Health Corporation.
Chi has served as CFO of the Pacer hospital system since Pacer’s inception. Chi has managed the successful financial restructure of three financially distressed hospital facilities. Prior to joining Pacer Health Chi was the manager of federal taxation at AutoNation Inc. where he supervised the compliance of federal and state tax returns for 373 corporations and 13 partnerships while implementing various tax strategies including those related to mergers and acquisitions which resulted in substantial tax savings. He previously served as director of federal taxation at Gerald Stevens Inc. where he oversaw the tax department and performed due diligence on 15 acquisitions while evaluating the impact of numerous capital restructurings. |
