Mr. Callaghan is the Managing Partner of Callaghan & Nawrocki, L.L.P, an audit, tax and consulting firm located on Long Island, New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He was employed by a major accounting firm from 1979 until 1986, at which time he formed his present firm. Mr. Callaghan also serves as a director and chairman of the Finance Committee of both Andrea Systems, Inc. and the Friends of Long Island Heritage. He was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors in June 2003. |
