John Buono age 44 was appointed Senior Vice President - Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer effective October 16 2006. Prior to Assisted Living Concepts Inc. Mr. Buono was a consultant at Wind Lake Solutions Inc. where he designed and implemented a number of new accounting systems. From 2003 until its sale in 2005 Mr. Buono was the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Total Logistics Inc. and from 1988 until 2001 Mr. Buono was the Corporate Director Accounting and Assistant Treasurer of Sybron International Inc. Mr. Buono is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Marquette University. |
