My experience includes over 25 years of medical products manufacturing and engineering experience with Tyco Healthcare, now known as Covidien, in several of their manufacturing facilities. I performed in the capacity of Project Engineer, Corporate Project Engineer, Plant Engineering Manager, and several other levels during my career with Tyco/Covidien. In those positions there was a significant requirement for recruitment and development of manufacturing and engineering talent and I enjoyed building and working with several strong organizations.Outside of Tyco, I was employed in the capacity of General Manager and Plant Manager where I gained experience and exposure to other industries and utilized recruiting skills to build organizations and train them for performance excellence.
