Mr. Bostjancic joined Integra in July 1999 as Director of Financial Reporting and was promoted to Vice President in January 2005. Mr. Bostjancic served as Integra’s Corporate Controller from December 2003 through June 2006. In July 2006 Mr. Bostjancic was named Vice President Corporate Development and Investor Relations. His primary responsibilities include identifying and executing business acquisitions and technology in-licensing and managing the investor relations function at Integra. Mr. Bostjancic graduated from the College of New Jersey in 1993 with a BS in Accountancy and worked for five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their audit practice and for one year at Merck & Co. Inc. in the Accounting Standards Group. |
