John Bolger has served as a director since March 2004. Mr. Bolger served as a director of JNI Corporation (NASDAQ: JNIC, acquired by AMCC) from October 1999 to October 2003. Mr. Bolger is a retired Vice President of Finance and Administration of Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), a manufacturer of computer networking systems and Chief Financial Officer of KLA Instruments (NASDAQ: KLAC). Mr. Bolger serves as a director of Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDTI) since 1993, Wind River Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: WIND) since 2000, Mission West Properties, Inc. (AMEX: MSW) since 1998, Micromuse, Inc. (NASDAQ: MUSE) since 2004 and Sanmina-SCI Corporation (NASDAQ: SANM) since 1994, all of which are public companies.
