John Blake was named general manager, Digital Capture & Imaging Devices, Consumer Digital Imaging Group in November 2005. This position is responsible for a broad portfolio consisting of digital cameras, snapshot printers, camera accessories, memory products, mobile imaging and imaging devices on a global basis. The Board of Directors elected him a corporate vice president in December 2005.
John joined Kodak in 1991 as a financial analyst in the equipment manufacturing division. From 1995 to 2005, he held a number of increasingly responsible leadership positions in finance, regional operations, product management and segment leadership in Kodak’s professional photography division. His most recent position was as the worldwide general manager for Kodak’s professional output business and vice president of Digital & Film Imaging Systems. He drove significant product and process improvement in an industry-leading portfolio of hardware, software, media and services that led to margin and cash growth for the company.
Blake earned a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A degree in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology. |
