John P. Bendon joined NorthMarq Capital, Inc. on November 27, 2006.
Prior to joining NorthMarq Capital, Inc. John had been with Capmark Financial Group, Inc. formerly GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation, formerly Republic Realty Mortgage Corporation, formerly First Interstate Commercial Mortgage Company, since October of 1985, working as Mortgage Loan Representative in the Omaha office. In 1988, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President, and in 1990, to Vice President. In 2000, John was promoted to Co-Branch Manager of the Omaha office. John produced an average of $83 million in loans and $400,000 in fees annually over the last 10 years.
Prior to working with Capmark Financial Group, Inc., John worked as a tax accountant for both personal and business accounts.
John attended the University of Nebraska, graduating in 1983 with a BS degree in Business Administration, and majoring in accounting. |
